OEM Service

With 30 years of manufacturing and export experience, Shijin Apparel provides reliable OEM services to overseas buyers. All products are made according to your exact requirements and specifications. You can send us your custom designs, preferred materials, measurements, and color options, and we will follow them closely throughout the production process. We are capable of developing products from sketches to patterns, sourcing specific fabrics and trims, and creating prototype samples until you are fully satisfied and ready for mass production. Because we are involved from the very beginning of the development process, we fully understand the product features and can anticipate and address any potential quality issues. This ensures that the final production quality is consistent with the approved sample. As a result, our products have been well received by business partners in the USA, Europe, and markets worldwide.

Product Development

We love fashion, and we thrive on challenges. Our strength lies in our strong product development capabilities. Our team works closely with designers to determine the most suitable techniques and construction methods for each garment. We maintain an extensive database of patterns, samples, and a comprehensive fabric library. We are happy to share our fashion design and manufacturing expertise to support your creative process. From fabric sourcing and pattern making to sample development, we manage the entire process until you are fully satisfied with the result. Our experienced pattern makers can create patterns directly from a sketch. They fit each garment on a body form to ensure accurate sizing and attention to detail. Our large sample workshop is well‑equipped to handle all aspects of garment construction. Whenever a more efficient or improved construction or sewing method is possible, we will create mock‑ups and offer alternative solutions.

Pre-Production Meeting

Before production begins, we will create a final pre-production sample (PP sample). This sample is made using the actual bulk fabric and trims, along with the finalized production pattern, to ensure it perfectly reflects the intended product. Our factory manager will conduct a pre-production meeting with the technical team, pattern makers, and sewing line leaders. During this meeting, we review fit comments, workmanship details, and establish clear quality standards. We also identify potential issues and set preventive measures to avoid any problems during mass production. At the same time, we cross‑check the tech pack with the trims sheet and fabric card to ensure that all materials, colors, and packaging requirements are 100% accurate. Only after the PP sample is approved and all items on the checklist are verified will we proceed to start production.

Inspection Service

Our factory has implemented strict quality control guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. We have a professional QC team with a strong sense of responsibility, who conduct two major inspections during the production process. The first is an in-line inspection carried out at the beginning of the initial production run. The second is a final inspection once all goods are completed. While our buyers typically require the international inspection standard AQL 2.5, we go a step further by implementing 100% internal inspection to ensure the highest level of quality. We are committed to delivering products that exceed our customers’ expectations. We also welcome on-site inspections by our clients’ QC teams or third-party auditors. This allows us to discuss face-to-face how to further improve sewing techniques and enhance shipment quality.

Customized Packaging

For long‑term partnerships , we offer customized packaging solutions such as hangers, hangtags, stickers, and polybags. Our professional purchasing team will develop the necessary packaging materials and create a complete set of packaging specifications for shipment. We ensure that each product is packed and protected according to its size and characteristics, so it arrives in the best possible condition.

Procurement

We also offer procurement services for overseas materials. Our team can arrange import licenses and handle customs clearance for most fabrics and trims, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain process for our clients.
